A complete request returns a faster, firmer quote with tooling, MOQ and lead time spelled out. Tick what you already have — the meter shows how quote-ready your project is.
2D or 3D drawing A CAD file, dimensioned sketch or sample part to mold against. Target annual volume Yearly quantity — it sets the molding process and MOQ. Required durometer Target hardness in Shore A, or how soft or firm the part must feel. Material grade General, food-grade, medical-grade or a specialty silicone. Tolerance-critical dimensions Which features must hold tight tolerance, and which can flex. Service environment Temperature range, media contact and any chemical exposure. Certifications needed ISO, IATF, USP Class VI, FDA food-contact or other audit needs. Target price or budget band A rough per-piece target helps engineers design to cost.
