Our Story
From Local Workshop to Global Manufacturer
Founded in 2009 as the rubber and silicone department of Zhongshan Meitu Plastic, Engelhardt-Meitu has grown into a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise strategically located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
With German partnership since 2013, we built a culture that combines European engineering discipline with Chinese manufacturing agility. Our 26,000 sqm facility in Zhongshan houses advanced production lines for rubber compounding, silicone molding, plastic injection, and precision hardware machining.
In 2023, we initiated our global expansion by acquiring 200 acres of industrial land in Thailand’s CP Guangxi Construction Industrial Park — investing over 1.5 billion Thai Baht in a 60,000 sqm next-generation production base, scheduled to begin operations in 2025.
Today, we are trusted by renowned domestic and international brands for our reliable quality, vertically integrated capabilities, and commitment to continuous innovation.

From raw material compounding to finished product assembly — every step happens under one roof, ensuring total quality control and faster time-to-market.
Rubber & Silicone
Two 55L mixer production lines, 80+ vulcanizing machines, and full-automatic upstream equipment. Annual output reaches 3,000 tons across diverse rubber and silicone products.
Plastic Injection
700 injection machines including a 2,000-ton capacity unit, plus 70 compression machines. Daily material consumption exceeds 100 tons for high-volume production.
Precision Hardware
A 2,000 sqm international-standard workshop with advanced stamping and CNC machining lines, producing over 30 million hardware units annually.
Mold Workshop
3,500 sqm mold facility equipped with Makino, Roeders, and Standy machines. Over 500 mold sets produced annually — all independently designed in-house, operating 24/7.
Quality Laboratory
On-site chemical and physical testing lab ensures every batch meets stringent quality standards. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified operations across the entire facility.
Assembly & Fulfillment
Complete product assembly services combining rubber, silicone, plastic, and hardware components. Full packaging and logistics coordination for global delivery.

2009
Origin
Established as the Rubber & Silicone Business Department of Zhongshan Meitu Plastic, laying the foundation for future independent operations.
2013
German Partnership
German partners joined the venture. Factory relocated to Torch Development Zone with 9,000 sqm. Guangdong Engelhardt Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established.
2015
Product Line Expansion
Extended capabilities beyond rubber into plastic injection and hardware manufacturing, offering integrated multi-material assembly services.
2018
Scale & Rebrand
Relocated to Nanlang with expanded facilities. Company image upgrade and official renaming. Annual revenue exceeded 120 million RMB.
2020
Innovation & Digital
Focused on independent R&D, expanded silicone product lines, and established digital sales channels through Alibaba International and Made-in-China.com.
